"To everything, there is a season
A time for every purpose under heaven...
A time to kill and a time to heal
A time to break down and a time to build up
A time to weep and a time to laugh
A time to mourn and a time to dance
A time to cast away stones and a time to gather stones..."
Ecclesiastes 3:1,3-5

Your walls were never made to withhold the weight of these pains
Instead, these pains were supposed to flow
To just flow.

I've learnt where my strength really lied
It wasn't when I held it all in
The strength- my strength, showed when I could have let it go.

At the end of the day, it is better to risk it all now,
Let it hurt now,
Rather than self-destruct later
Rather than be damaged later

Cry.

Let these tears flow like streams in the wasteland of your pain
You will see that they actually serve a purpose

A purpose of growth
And change
And renewal
You will be fine.
Don't be scared of the tears
Let them fall
Let them flow

Soon you will know
Healed scars will show
And you will learn
That had you not let it be
They would have still been open wounds

Because holding it all in only damages

Let it go
And you will see,
That when you let it be
You let yourself heal

No revenge is greater
Or feels better
Than that of...

Moving on.

"So if it matters, let it matter
If your heart's breaking let it ache
Catch those pieces as they scatter
Know your hurt is not in vain
Don't hide yourself from the horror
Hurt today, here tomorrow
If it's fragile and it shatters
Let it matter"
